Today might not be a happy day for me..
I felt miserable..
Felt guilty..
Felt i need 2 be there 4 my dear friend..
Everyone..
Each one of them..
As going my way through the Internet..

~ FiSh SpA ~


Hari ni berkesempatan utk ke Aquaria KLCC utk membuat liputan hal berkaitan kerja..
Lepas habis tour seluruh kawasan yg begitu mengagumkan itu, singgah sebentar ke Aquazone Fish Therapy Centre utk liputan mengenai lokasi tersebut..
Yang pasti pengalaman kali pertama membiarkan jari-jemari kaki yg cantik ini.. ( ngengenge... )
di mamah ala2 manja oleh ikan Garra Rufa atau Dr.Fish mmg tak dapat diceritakan di sini..
Berasal dari kawasan Timur Tengah ( kebanyakkan dari Turki, Syria, Iran dan Iraq ), populariti ikan ini ternyata diakui dalam memberikan terapi dan rawatan kulit secara luaran..
Mula2 iN xtahan geli yea kawan2.. Siap letak bahagian tumit kaki sahaja sebab dia punye geli...
Ayooo.. xtahan babe!
Tapi lama2 bila dh relax skit baru masukkan keseluruhan tapak kaki.. ( Huhuhu.. )
Mula2 anda akan rasa sensasi ala2 geli gitu tapi bila dh ok, anda akan rasa tenang dan..
"Eh, ok gak ler treatment nie!".
So pada anda yang berminat boleh ler ke Aquazone Fish Therapy Centre, Aquaria KLCC utk merasai pengalaman pertama bermanja dgn anak2 ikan yg comel2 belaka..
( anak2 ikan ye kawan2 bukan anak ikan, harap maklum... ngengenge.. )

Salam,
Maaf dh lama xupdate..
Banyak tugasan dan aktiviti yg perlu dilangsaikan beberapa ketika ini..
Kelas utk semester kedua pun bakal bermula minggu ini..
Hmm, bertambah le agenda2 lepas ni kan..
Apa2 pun ini adalah perkara yg iN nk kongsi kpd anda semua..
Kandungan gula dalam pemakanan dan minuman kita seharian..
Maybe ada produk yg diketengahkan xada di Malaysia tapi mane2 yg ada tu mari2lah kita renung2kan..
Berapa banyak gula yg kita consume everyday..

Senarai minuman/manisan yang biasa kita rasa2 kan..



Jajan/makanan yang biasa kita kunyah2..



Dan mari kita bandingkan dengan buah-buahan yg boleh dijadikan alternatif.. (tapi xsemua yea..)
